Paddle Boarding in San Juan, Puerto Rico

There are many reasons to visit Puerto Rico, the old forts, the architecture, the wonderful people, the rainforest, zip-lining and the list goes on and on…. What you may not think of is to paddle board in its massive lagoon! We’ve visited this beautiful island 3 times and have made it a point to go paddle boarding with a local tour company, operated by Guillermo Real.

Guillermo is a wonderful gentleman who is extremely knowledgeable and patient with newbie paddle-boarders… he picked us up at the hotel, supplied the boards, drove us to the lagoon and in addition to instruction, ensured that we were comfortable and felt safe the entire time we were with him. He brought bottled water and a camera, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I cannot recommend him more than to say you won’t be disappointed in the service or price. You can visit his site at this link. So if you’re visiting this lovely place, consider spending a few hours with Guillermo! You won’t be disappointed!

My Review of Black Cat Andirons

Originally submitted at Plow & Hearth

Our Black Cat Andirons are real ""eye catchers"" with their bright green glass eyes that reflect flames. While they hold your firewood up off the fireplace floor to allow proper burning and minimize smoke, they'll keep a watchful eye on your fire. Solidly constructed of cast…

Very Cool Cats!
